Class Descriptions

EDDY CURRENT – LEVEL I 🢓

Eddy Current Level I training introduces the fundamentals of eddy current testing, including instrumentation, probe types, coils, and impedance concepts. Participants are trained to perform inspections such as conductivity testing, lift-off evaluation, thickness measurement, and flaw detection.

This course complies with SNT-TC-1A (American Society for Non-Destructive Testing) and NAS 410 (National Aerospace Standards) requirements.

Materials: All required classroom materials are provided, including the ASNT student package with study guides and reference handbook.

Location: Training sessions are conducted at Elite Care Diagnostics facilities.

Hours: 40 hours of classroom instruction followed by an examination.

Time: : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

EDDY CURRENT – LEVEL II 🢓

Eddy Current Level II training expands on core principles with advanced techniques, including test setup, signal interpretation, and application-based analysis. Training covers surface probes, internal diameter probes, and encircling coils, preparing participants for real-world inspection scenarios.

This course meets SNT-TC-1A and NAS 410 standards.

Materials: Includes ASNT training package with study materials and handbook.

FILM TO NON-FILM TRANSITION 🢓

This course is designed for certified Level II professionals transitioning from film-based radiography to digital/non-film methods in compliance with NAS 410. It also applies to personnel transitioning from RT/Film Level 2 or RT techniques per SNT-TC-1A requirements.

The training provides in-depth knowledge of radiographic imaging techniques, CR, DR, CT, image acquisition systems, digital manipulation, evaluation standards, and performance requirements aligned with industry codes.

Materials: ASNT student package with study guide and handbook included.

LIQUID PENETRANT – COMBINED LEVEL I & II 🢓

This combined training covers both Level I and Level II liquid penetrant testing methods, including visible and fluorescent inspection techniques. Participants will gain hands-on experience with Method A, B, C, and D testing procedures.

The course complies with SNT-TC-1A and NAS 410 standards.

Materials: Full ASNT training package with study guide and handbook provided.

MAGNETIC PARTICLE – COMBINED LEVEL I & II 🢓

Magnetic Particle Combined Level I & II training covers essential theory along with practical applications using both dry powder and wet fluorescent inspection techniques. Participants will gain a strong understanding of testing methods, equipment handling, and inspection procedures.

This course meets SNT-TC-1A (American Society for Non-Destructive Testing) and NAS 410 (National Aerospace Standards) requirements.

VISUAL INSPECTION – COMBINED LEVEL I & II 🢓
